Please read before booking. These terms govern all services provided by Adventure 101 Tour Limited.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and transactions with Adventure 101 Tour Limited (BN 3268546), registered in Nigeria. By making a booking or payment you agree to these terms in full. If you have questions, contact us before booking via WhatsApp at +234 909 864 0296 or email info@adventure101.tours.
All bookings are confirmed by Adventure 101 Tour Limited in writing (WhatsApp, email, or both). A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and your deposit has cleared.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any tour or service. The deposit amount is [to be confirmed by Adventure 101] per person for group tours, and varies for bespoke, private jet, and birth tourism bookings. We will specify the exact amount at the time of your enquiry.
The remaining balance is due [to be confirmed by Adventure 101] before your departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
We currently accept bank transfers (NGN and foreign currency), cash deposits, and payment via approved links where available. All prices quoted in USD or GBP are for reference only; final amounts and exchange rates are confirmed at the time of payment.
If you cancel a confirmed booking:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification.
If Adventure 101 Tour Limited cancels a tour for reasons within our control, we will offer you a full refund of payments made, or the option to transfer to an alternative tour of equal or greater value. We are not liable for consequential costs such as independently booked flights or accommodation.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or transport where circumstances require it. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives of comparable standard where feasible.
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, tour pricing includes: accommodation for the stated number of nights, ground transfers within the itinerary, guided activities listed in the itinerary, and meals as specified (B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner).
The following are not included unless explicitly stated: international flights to and from the destination, airport taxes and departure fees, travel insurance, visas and passport costs, personal spending, tips and gratuities, meals outside those listed in the itinerary, and any activities marked as optional.
Adventure 101 Tour Limited does not book international flights as part of standard tour packages unless specifically agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for their own flights. We can refer you to our travel partners for flight arrangements at your request.
The Travel Now, Pay Later arrangement is available to eligible clients at Adventure 101's discretion. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Applying does not guarantee approval.
Where TNPL is approved, a payment schedule will be set out in writing before your departure. Payments are made in agreed instalments. The full amount must be cleared by the date specified in your TNPL agreement.
If you miss a scheduled TNPL payment, Adventure 101 Tour Limited will contact you to arrange resolution. If the outstanding balance is not settled within [to be confirmed by Adventure 101] days of the missed payment date, we reserve the right to cancel any pending services and pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through lawful means. No refund of amounts already paid will be made in the event of cancellation due to non-payment.
TNPL is a direct arrangement between you and Adventure 101 Tour Limited. We do not use third-party lenders and do not charge interest on the agreed payment schedule.
Private jet charter bookings require a signed charter agreement and a deposit of [to be confirmed by Adventure 101] before the aircraft is held. The balance is due no later than [to be confirmed by Adventure 101] before the flight date.
All passengers must hold valid travel documents for the route. Adventure 101 Tour Limited is not responsible for passengers refused boarding due to inadequate documentation.
Charter cancellations are subject to the specific terms in your charter agreement. Due to the bespoke nature of charter bookings, cancellation fees are higher than those for group tours. Full terms are provided at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to substitute the aircraft for one of equivalent or greater specification in the event of mechanical, operational, or regulatory requirements. You will be notified as soon as practicable.
Adventure 101 Tour Limited provides logistical support for birth tourism, including travel coordination, accommodation, and referral to medical facilities. We do not provide medical services directly. Medical care is the responsibility of the client and the medical provider.
Clients undertake birth tourism at their own risk and with full knowledge of their medical condition. We strongly recommend that clients obtain independent medical advice and travel insurance that covers pregnancy and childbirth abroad before booking.
It is the client's responsibility to understand and comply with the immigration and legal requirements of the destination country. Adventure 101 Tour Limited provides general guidance only and does not provide legal advice. We are not responsible for changes to destination country laws or policies that affect birth tourism.
Due to the nature of birth tourism bookings, deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the client cancels more than 60 days before the planned travel date.
Adventure 101 Tour Limited is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: war or conflict, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, government travel bans or restrictions, airline cancellations, border closures, and acts of God.
In a force majeure event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or offer credit toward a future booking. Where a cash refund is not possible due to costs already committed, we will communicate this clearly and work with you on a resolution.
Adventure 101 Tour Limited acts as a tour organiser and, where applicable, as agent for transport providers, accommodation providers, and activity operators. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the service in question.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover, at minimum: trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. We can refer you to insurance providers on request.
Certain tours, particularly hiking and adventure experiences, require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to confirm with us whether a tour is suitable for your health and fitness level before booking. We will advise you honestly on any requirements.
If you have a complaint during your trip, raise it with your guide or Adventure 101 representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve it. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, submit a written complaint to info@adventure101.tours within 14 days of your return. We will respond within 10 business days.
